Its products are exported to more than 60 countries and regions around the world and it has been rated as the "Famous Glove City of China".

At present, there are more than 300 glove production, processing and supporting enterprises, over 1,500 processing households, and more than 50 supporting enterprises for auxiliary material production and equipment supply in the local area. The annual output of gloves is about 80 million pairs, with an annual output value reaching 2.5 billion yuan. It directly employs more than 20,000 people and drives nearly 50,000 people to be engaged in related industries.

Chen Xu, the deputy general manager of the company, adopts the digital 3D design scheme to present the design samples in front of clients, which is convenient for timely adjusting the details of the design scheme and shortening the R & D cycle to two to three weeks.

Jiaxiang County has also innovated the production organization form by adopting the model of the headquarters and "satellite factories". The headquarters is responsible for sample development, technical quality management, while the "satellite factories" are responsible for the sewing process, which has driven a number of left-behind people to get employed nearby and increase their incomes.
